It is extremely important for young people to have the opportunity to unionize and the option to move up into the middle class. It’s time for workers to get their voice back, and for young people to feel confident about their future.


Let's not forget that the best path to the middle class is a good job with union representation.

This year organized labor has their best opportunity to pass the Employee Free Choice Act and the glbt community has the opportunity to pass a fully inclusive Employment Non-Discrimination Act. Working together at the grassroots level will make both efforts stronger.
